Overlay

The Overlay component holds the logic to render the OverlayContent, OverlayHeaderDesktop, and the OverlayHeaderMobile components according to OverlayContext.

It is expected that the OverlayContent, OverlayHeaderDesktop, and the OverlayHeaderMobile components will be shadowed in order to customize content.
